I look forward to welcoming you to my Montpelier home office. It’s a beautiful dedicated space for massage therapy, with its own entrance and attached bathroom.
My practice is now mask optional; this policy may change as outside factors shift. As always, I follow best practices for sanitation. I also open windows as weather allows, and use air filtration and live plants to keep air in the treatment room fresh. Please wear a mask if you’ve been exposed to respiratory illness, and reschedule your session if you’re feeling unwell.

I’m happy you are here! I’d love to share my 20+ years experience in Massage therapy with you, and would love to help facilitate an atmosphere of wellness, alignment, and just plain feeling good in your own body.
I combine techniques of myofascial therapy, deep tissue, swedish relaxation, thai massage, stretching, positional therapy, kinesio-taping and/or cupping therapies to create a holistic, integrative session to help bring your body into a sense of calm and well being.
I work with you to help in recovery from specific injuries or holding patterns, pre-and post surgery, repetitive use injuries, or just to help lift the weight of daily life off your shoulders (or neck, or feet, or back…)
Sessions are offered in 60 or 90 minute time frames, to help you meet your wellness goals.
For best results, I recommend receiving massage therapy on a regular, recurring basis and can help come up with a treatment plan that best meets your goals, availability, and investment ability.
I am eternally grateful to my teachers and all the ancestors from cultures around the world for sharing the gifts of bodywork for generations, and the present-day researchers that are doing the work of discovering more effective bodywork methods every day. I feel truly privileged to be able to share these gifts with others, and grateful that I get to practice this work and help people feel their very best.

The (not so) fine print:
Kindly give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment. At my discretion, a 50% charge may be assessed for missed appointments.
Please cancel your appointment and reschedule if you are experiencing:
infection, especially skin infections
blood clot or DVT
cold or flu symptoms, or any contagious illness
If you are unsure whether massage therapy is safe for your body at this time, check with your primary care provider (doctor) before making your appointment.
*This is a professional massage therapy service with a NH & VT licensed massage therapist and as such, proper draping (covering with sheets or towels) will be used at all times. Request for sexual services will result in termination of the session and our professional relationship, and a possible report to law enforcement agencies.
